Another type is thermal bonding. At a certain temperature, the internal PVC skeleton can be firmly bonded to the external hinge with the help of special flux. If the protective cover is used in a medium temperature environment, this method can be chosen.

Another method is to use a high-frequency welding machine to perform high-frequency welding on the outer PVC TPU coated fabric and inner PVC skeleton, which is efficient, fast, and does not require the addition of any auxiliary adhesive. This high-frequency welded cover does not require maintenance and is waterproof, dustproof, oil resistant, and acid resistant.
