The new Austoft 8810/8010 sugarcane harvester offers multiple new features to improve operational performance, reduce operating costs, and also has multiple automatic control functions to reduce the intensity of repetitive operations, such as ground turning control. Austoft8810/8010 can be adjusted between a working line spacing of 1.5 meters and 1.8 meters.

The quiet cabin temperature can be adjusted, the field of view is wide, the angle and position of the steering wheel can be adjusted according to the driver's body shape, the cabin can be easily tilted for maintenance, and the additional seats are convenient for field training.

The cab is equipped with a large Chinese interface display as standard, which makes machine settings, monitoring, and diagnosis quick and convenient. If necessary, an automatic navigation system can be easily installed. Equipped with engine intelligent cruise function, automatic bottom knife height control, and ground steering control system, some commonly used functions can be quickly controlled through a multifunctional handle.

As a standard configuration in 2018, the feeding system device, such as the tip of the slide shoe, can be adjusted in the cab through a hydraulic system, including the tilt angle of the hay cutter, the position of the reverse roller, and the vine cutter on the measuring drum inside the hay cutter. Other features include three strip open center lifting roller, solid surface treatment bottom knife, and three-stage design bottom knife central support.

The cooling system components are located far away from the main sources of heat and residue, and the cooling fan automatically controls the speed and direction. For regular maintenance needs, the maintenance platform, handle railing, and easy to open maintenance door are all standard configurations, and are equipped with integrated lubrication points for easy maintenance.

The tension of the unloading elevator chain can be adjusted by one bolt on each side, and the three unloading chain speeds can be selected through the display in the cab. The secondary impurity removal fan cover can rotate 360 degrees to ensure that residue does not enter the trailer. The fan is independently controlled as a standalone system.

Equipped with 3 monitoring cameras, one located below the pivot of the elevator to observe cutting losses before they may be covered by debris blown out by the fan, and the other two located in the rear corner of the cab for easy observation of the elevator outlet and field transport vehicle. The camera can be observed through the display inside the driver's cabin.
