The Keith Axial Flow combine harvester was born in the United States in 1977. Over the past 40 years, the continuous upgrading of axial flow drum combine harvesters has led to a continuous improvement in harvesting efficiency, making it a benchmark for harvesting operations. The Kais R&D center and manufacturing base located in Harbin, China are well-known for their AF4000 series harvesters, which follow strict Kais quality standards. The required materials are sourced globally, with ultra-high harvesting efficiency, excellent reliability, good grain quality, and outstanding quality, winning the favor of users.
1. Outstanding performance

The Case AF4000 series axial flow drum combine harvester has a huge advantage in terms of protective performance compared to other harvester products on the market. Under any crop and operating conditions, the AF4000 series harvester can quickly complete harvesting and unloading.
The patented uniaxial flow drum technology is suitable for different crops and harvesting conditions
The core structure of the Case AF4000 series axial drum combine harvester is an axial drum with a diameter of 610 millimeters. After long-term research and development testing, its threshing effect has been significantly improved under various crop conditions. Regardless of the crop and moisture content, even under wet crop conditions, the threshing performance of the axial flow drum is commendable and maintains good grain and stem quality.
2. Lower cost

3. Axial flow drum suitable for various crops

4. Grain to grain interaction for threshing

The unique grain and grain interaction threshing technology of the axial flow drum combine harvester not only effectively separates and reduces grain loss, but also ensures minimal grain breakage and extremely high grain cleanliness, greatly increasing user benefits. Keith's axial flow drum combine harvester does not have the cutting drum of traditional paper cutters or hybrid structure harvesters, and the transition from threshing to separation is very smooth.
5. Different feelings: Crossflow fan cleaning system

The Kaidi axial flow drum combine harvester is unique not only because of the axial flow drum, but also because of the cross flow fan cleaning system. After the drum separation, the cleaning system of the AF4000 harvester adopts a wavy fin structure to create a uniform vortex along the axial direction, which can form more airflow. Compared with traditional cleaning systems, it does not form air pockets, and the airflow can pass uniformly through below the cleaning screen. Meanwhile, the fan speed is very easy to adjust and can effectively meet the needs of different crops. The application of the cross flow fan cleaning system has greatly improved the cleaning performance of the harvester.
The AF4000 harvester follows the consistent style of the Axial Flow series product cab, with large space and comfortable operation, allowing you to maintain excellent condition even after long-term work. When you sit on the adjustable suspension seat, the 3.74 square meter oversized glass provides you with a panoramic view, including the cutting table, bridge, and unloading mixer. The ultra-high performance air filtration system, standard heating and optional air conditioning units together create an unparalleled working environment.

1 * Excellent performance, within reach
The multifunctional handle centralizes the control of the main functions of the harvester in your hands, making operation very convenient and providing intuitive and efficient harvesting operations within reach; Set the harvesting speed, adjust the cutting table and unloading agitator, and harvest has become so simple!
2 Control Integration, at Your Fingertips
The right-hand console consolidates the control of many important functions of the harvester, with a clear layout and easy operation. It adopts advanced ergonomic design, effectively reducing operational fatigue. The A-pillar monitor can help the operator obtain the main parameters of the harvester in real time, making it easy to adjust at any time, ensuring ultra-low grain loss, and improving machine life.
3 Strong Lighting, Day and Night
Six high-power work lights have been installed on the top of the driver's cab, providing sufficient lighting for the harvester and fields, improving visibility for nighttime harvesting, and ensuring efficient operation of the harvester at night. The control buttons for the lights are concentrated on the left panel at the top of the cab, enabling one click operation of all work lights on and off.
4 focuses on details, therefore different
For the new AF4000 series axial drum combine harvester, Case pays more attention to the design details and provides a stylish and comfortable cab to meet the needs of modern agriculture. The oversized curved glass window can provide a broad view that meets the requirements for implementing harvester functions. Ergonomic seats and optional air conditioning system enable operators to comfortably carry out harvesting operations. In order to provide better visibility for the operator when reversing, the position of the rearview mirror has been improved and optimized. The leading cab design in the industry can effectively reduce the interference caused by the noise generated by crop harvesting on operators.

Grain cutting table
In order to achieve better harvesting performance, the AF4000 series harvester is equipped with a 2060 series rigid grain harvester. This series of cutting heads adopts advanced and mature grain cutting head technology, including three cutting widths of 4.57m, 5.18m, and 6.10m. Equipped with mechanical reel drive. When harvesting rapeseed, it is more effective to install a vertical cutting knife on the right side of the cutting table.
The AF4000 series harvester can also be equipped with a 3020 flexible cutting platform with a cutting width of 6.10m and a 3016 picking platform with a cutting width of 3.66m for harvesting and laying crops. If you choose these two types of cutting heads, Keith dealers can install a reel hydraulic drive for you.
5500 series corn harvester
The 5500 series corn harvester is designed specifically for axial flow drum harvesters, and its powerful transmission system effectively ensures reliability. This cutting platform can achieve accurate ear picking and gentle material conveying, including two specifications of 6 rows and 8 rows, and three row spacing options of 50 cm, 55 cm, and 65 cm. Both sides of the spiral tiller can be selected to ensure the harvesting effect under lodging and other special crop conditions.
The corn harvester with a 6-row spacing of 65 centimeters can be equipped with a stubble cutting bottom knife, which can ensure consistent stem cutting length and even spreading, greatly improving the effect of straw returning to the field. The optional automatic lubrication component of the 8-row 65cm row spacing corn harvester has been launched, which improves the reliability of the core transmission components of the harvester.
The corn harvester with a spacing of 8 rows and 50 centimeters has a low loss rate and good feeding effect. The new shape and high-strength divider have strong adaptability to row spacing and high reliability, effectively reducing ear and grain drop; The new stem roller feeding screw, combined with a weeding knife, ensures smoother stem feeding and prevents excessive impurities from entering the harvester drum, improving harvesting efficiency and reducing grain loss in the machine; Optional automatic lubrication system and spiral grain supports on both sides can be installed, which improves the service life of transmission components and the harvesting effect of fallen crops.

New floating bridge
The AF4099 axial flow drum combine harvester is equipped with a new floating bridge, which adopts electro-hydraulic control and manual adjustment of the left and right angles of the front end of the bridge in the cab. At the same time, the front and rear angles of the front end can be mechanically adjusted to ensure better harvesting effect. It has obvious advantages in harvesting on slopes, lodging crops, and soybeans.
