4. The drum is suitable for all crops and working conditions
The core component of the Case AF4000 series combine harvester is the axial flow drum with a diameter of 610mm, which is renowned worldwide for its excellent performance. The drum has been optimized to greatly improve threshing performance and is suitable for all crops and different harvesting conditions. Even in high-yield areas and with high grain moisture content, this type of drum can demonstrate excellent threshing ability and ensure good grain and straw quality.
5. Rubbing and peeling between grains

7. The cross flow fan cleaning system is different from others
The unique axial flow drum has created outstanding AXIAL-FLOW series products. Performance, and the cross flow fan cleaning system makes them even more unique. The system uses wavy fins to create a uniform vortex along the axis, which can generate more airflow passing through. Compared with traditional cleaning systems, it does not form air pockets, and the airflow can pass uniformly through below the cleaning screen. Meanwhile, by adjusting the fan speed, it can effectively meet the needs of different crops. The application of the cross flow fan cleaning system has greatly improved the cleaning performance of the harvester.

The Case AF4000 series axial flow drum combine harvester breaks through the limitations of traditional harvesters that can only harvest a single crop. By replacing the header and different working parts, it can harvest a variety of crops such as corn, wheat, rice, soybeans, rapeseed, etc., allowing you to maximize equipment utilization and shorten the investment payback period.

1. High reliability and easy maintenance
Compared with traditional harvesters and axial flow harvesters, the new AF4000 series axial flow drum harvester has fewer working parts, simpler operation, higher reliability, and lower maintenance costs. The operator can access all maintenance positions of the harvester from the ground or a single step. Due to the installation of heavy components near the ground, lubrication points and filters are also easily accessible, making daily maintenance and inspection very safe, convenient, and fast.
2. Powerful and efficient engine
The new AF4000 series axial flow drum combine harvester adopts an efficient Fiat Powertrain Industrial 6.7-liter engine. These inline six cylinder engines have 180 and 210 horsepower ratings and comply with Tier III emission standards. They feature turbocharging and air-to-air aftercooling systems, ensuring reliable performance under all conditions.
3. Grain processing
The 5000 liter AF4077 and 6000 liter AF4088 large grain tanks can ensure long-term harvesting. The length of the 4077 unloading agitator is 4.1 meters, while the 4088 is equipped with a 5-meter unloading agitator, with a unloading speed of 45 liters per second, making the operation faster, more precise, and easier.
4. Grain processing
The AF4000 series harvester is equipped with a straw pulverizer, with 2 rows and 14 blades per row. A blade layout of 2 × 14 can more effectively handle debris. The sprinkler adopts a horizontally installed dual sprinkler disc structure, including high and low rotation speeds, which can evenly sprinkle the chopped straw in the field.
