Product Introduction of Case Austoft 4000 Sugarcane Harvester
The A4000 sugarcane harvester, equipped with NEF National III engine, is mainly aimed at sugarcane planting users and farmers. It provides multiple improvements and upgrades, and has higher flexibility and applicability in open field operations with an average length of 100 meters. It can operate in fields with a row spacing of 1-1.4 meters, and a row spacing of 1.2 meters is more suitable. The harvesting efficiency can reach up to 25 tons per hour.
CNH NEF engine, 6.7-liter large displacement, National III emission level, equipped with mechanical fuel pump. The cooling components, sealing devices, and grille protection of the engine are designed to meet harsh operating conditions and have excellent cleaning and cooling performance.
The double disc top cutter extends the side wings to guide the cut sugarcane leaves away from the harvester and trailer, while the improved top cutter control system and cutting cutters also enhance overall reliability.
The central bracket of the bottom blade fed into the bottom blade system has increased its strength, suitable for working environments with multiple stones and clay. The sturdy and happy lifting roller is standard equipment, and a closed lifting roller can also be optionally installed. The 8 reversible cutters on the bottom blade ensure a clean and neat cut.
The cleaning system of the impurity removal fan has improved its cleaning performance through a series of improvements. The fan speed can be adjusted inside the cab, up to 2200 revolutions per minute. The debris removal cover has also been improved to enhance the overall cleaning performance.
Equipped with a heavy-duty unloading elevator as standard, the improved mechanism has good strength and reliability. The protective frame below the main frame is longer to protect against potential collision damage caused by transportation vehicles. Rubber plates have been added below the discharge port to ensure better sugarcane flow.
The performance of the cabin air conditioning has been further improved, and the main operating conditions such as fuel supply pressure and engine cooling fan control can be monitored through indicator lights. A metal protective plate has been added to the rubber sealing strip under the windshield. If necessary, full glass protection can be optionally installed through DIA.
