1、 Product Introduction
Magnetic particle flaw detector/machine calibration device is a specialized calibration equipment developed according to JJF 1273-2011 "Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector Calibration Specification". It can be used for testing the safety performance, magnetic induction intensity, observation conditions, magnetization current error, sensitivity and other indicators of AC and DC (half wave rectification or full wave rectification) magnetic particle flaw detectors.
2、 Technical parameters:
1. DC current measurement range: 0-10000A, measurement accuracy: ± (0.03% of reading value+0.02% of full range)
2. AC current measurement range: 0-10000A, measurement accuracy: ± (0.2% of reading value+0.1% of full range)
3. Measurement range of AC and DC voltage: 0-600V, measurement accuracy: ± (0.03% of reading value+0.02% of full range)
4. It can display the waveform of AC voltage and current and the trend chart of DC voltage and current, with a measurement frequency of up to 100kHz
5. Self powered, equipped with an internal 24V lithium battery pack with a capacity of 5AH
6. Environmental temperature: -25 ℃~50 ℃
3、 Product principle introduction:
The magnetic particle flaw detector/machine calibration device consists of a power supply unit, a current regulation unit, a voltage regulation unit, a microprocessor control unit, a display unit, and a keyboard input unit.
4、 Precautions for operation:
1. Before verification, check if all wiring is correct and intact
2. Before use, first zero the ammeter.
3. Verify the tested instrument according to the verification regulations
4. The instrument cannot be overloaded during use.
5. After verification, each regulator should be zeroed and reset first, and then the power should be cut off.
6. Electricity is supplied once a week during the rainy season.
7. Pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of the instrument.
