Product Overview:
The CQB-G high-temperature insulation pump adopts a multiple circulation cooling structure to ensure the reliability and stability of the original power and magnetic transmission. At the same time, the use of column pin couplings reduces the noise and vibration of the pump. The detachable and column pin couplings are used simultaneously, which increases the structure of the pump and is more conducive to heat dissipation. At the same time, it is also very convenient for users to repair or replace parts. A cooling fan blade is also designed on the outer rotor of the pump to ensure the stability of the magnetic steel. This series of pumps is suitable for transporting high-temperature media with a temperature of ≤ 300 ℃.
Installation and debugging

（1） High temperature magnetic pumps should be installed horizontally Before driving, check the lubricating oil level in the cooling tank If the oil level is too low, it should be replenished in a timely manner. Before starting the pump Firstly, the cooling water circuit should be opened The opening degree of the inlet valve should be adjusted according to the temperature of the cooling outlet pipe after the pump is working normally.

（2） When the suction liquid level is higher than the axis of the fruit Open the suction pipe valve before starting If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line The pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.

（3） The pump should be inspected before use The motor fan blades should rotate flexibly No jamming or abnormal noise All fasteners should be tightened.

（4） Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction mark of the magnetic pump.

（5） After the motor is started Slowly open the discharge valve After the pump enters normal working condition Adjust the discharge valve to the desired opening.

Before the pump stops working The discharge valve should be closed first Then cut off the power Close the cooling water pipe valve again.
