The cutting bed is actually a vertical planer, which belongs to the same category as the ox head planer in terms of structural principle. The linear reciprocating motion of the blade in the vertical direction with the slider is the main motion, and the intermittent motion of the workpiece in the longitudinal, transverse, and circumferential directions is the feed motion.

The production efficiency of the cutting machine is relatively low, with a surface roughness Ra of 6.3-1.6 microns and a perpendicularity of 0.025/300 millimeters. The main parameter for inserting a bed is the maximum cutting length. Unyielding struggle is the path to victory. The cutting machine is used for cutting flat surfaces, forming surfaces, and keyways, and can insert molds and other workpieces with a tilt angle of 10 °. Regular maintenance procedures for inserting beds

1、 Appearance

1. Clean the surface and dead corners of the bed, remove dust, oil stains, yellow robes, and black shirts to achieve the natural color of paint and the light of iron.

2、 Transmission:

Check and clean the oil stains inside and outside, inspect the gear wear, and make necessary repairs or records; Adjust the positioning of each handle to achieve firmness and reliability.

3、 Workbench:

1. Check and clean the workbench turntable and its accessories to achieve flexibility and reliability. 2. Remove oil stains and dust from the trapezoidal groove.

4、 Knife mechanism

Check and adjust the positioning handle to achieve flexible and automatic manual cutting, with accurate and reliable positioning.

5、 Joystick and slider:

Clean the joystick, slider, and slider, check, adjust, and scrape the slider, slider, and slider pressure plate to achieve moderate elasticity for up and down movement and flexible rocking of the joystick.

6、 Lubrication:

Check and clean the oil cup, oil hole, oil pipe, oil window, and oil label to ensure that the oil pipe is arranged neatly, installed firmly, the oil circuit is unobstructed, the oil window is bright, and the oil label is prominent. 2. Clean the oil felt to achieve softness and good dust resistance.

7、 Electrical:

1. Clean and wipe the dust outside the motor and electrical box, and spray the dust inside the electrical box with cleaning agent.

2. Check, wipe, and tighten all switch buttons to ensure safety and reliability.

3. Clean, inspect and organize electrical circuits to achieve reasonable layout, neat arrangement, cleanliness and safety.
