History of Callan Technology
Callan Technology, headquartered in Ireland, has a history of servo motor manufacturing dating back to 1973. In 2001, the company acquired the "TT" servo motor and "TGF" speed generator business from Pacific Science Ireland (formerly known as Colemorgen (Inland) Ireland), officially establishing Callantechnology. Callantechnology designs and manufactures durable high-precision DC servo motors for industrial applications, with a particular emphasis on providing robust and reliable solutions for industrial motion requirements during product design
Callan Technology manufactures a range of speed generators to complement the TT series servo motors. They are 2-pole and 4-pole frameless tachometers with voltage sensitivity ranging from 3V/krpm to 57V/krpm, which can meet many other voltage constants.
The TGF 1568 tachometer is a 2-pole tachometer generator with voltages of 3V krpm and 7V/krpm. This tachometer is typically used for TT-203X, TT204X, and TT 200X series motors.
The armature of the TGF 1568 tachometer is clamped onto the shaft by a balancing fixture, thereby fixing it to the motor shaft.
The magnet assembly consists of an anlico magnet ring inserted into the tachometer housing.

C4-16X is a new series of compact rare earth DC servo motors designed for applications that prioritize low cost while maintaining robustness and performance.
Applications include fast doors, medical equipment, wafer rotation, office machines, X-Y workbenches, coordinate measuring machines, etc. Using rare earth magnets ensures that compact motors are almost unaffected by demagnetization.
Special magnetic design features and cogging torque values. The winding can operate at DC voltages of 12, 24, 28, and 75V. The rotor contains a rigid fused commutator and operates in high-quality ball bearings. The standard options include a range of planetary gearboxes and multiple feedback options. Provide two basic lengths, with continuous output torque of 0.2Nm and 0.4Nm
