The equipment is strictly prohibited from being exposed to rain, inverted, or impacted during transportation. During the transportation, installation, and use of equipment, it is strictly prohibited to lift, pull, press, pry, or impact sensors. The equipment should be installed in a dry and ventilated factory without the presence of corrosive gases. The equipment should be installed firmly and have reliable grounding. Dynamic torque testerBasic Principles

The measurement of sensor torque values adopts the principle of strain electrical measurement. When the strain axis undergoes slight deformation due to the influence of torque, the resistance value of the strain gauge attached to the strain axis changes accordingly. We will form a measurement bridge with strain gauges with the same strain characteristics, and the change in strain resistance can be converted into a change in voltage signal for measurement. The following is the main principle diagram of torque measurement. Due to the use of non-contact coupling between energy and signal,*Solved the measurement of torque values (torque) in a rotating state.

1. After the power supply is processed, it is sent to the strain axis through the excitation power supply;

2. Transforming from a stable power supply to a stable voltage supply to various electronic devices on the strain axis;

3. The small deformation of the strain axis is converted into an electrical signal, which is then converted into a frequency signal proportional to the torsional strain through compression/frequency conversion. After being shaped by a modulation circuit, the signal is output as a frequency modulated square wave.

Measurement of rotational speed: The measurement of rotational speed is carried out using the magneto electric code disk method, and each magneto electric code disk has60 teeth, the shaft drives the magneto encoder to generate 60 pulses per rotation. When sampling at high or medium speeds, frequency measurement can be used, and when sampling at low speeds, accurate speed can be measured using periodic measurement. The accuracy of this sensor can reach ± 0.1% to ± 0.5% (F · S). Since the sensor output is a frequency signal, it can be directly sent to the computer for data processing without the need for AD conversion.

The speed measurement method of this sensor adopts built-in speed measurement. When ordering, users need to indicate whether they are monitoring the speed signal.
