Automatic backwash disc filter

The automatic backwash disc filter removes suspended solids, sediment, particles, and other impurities from the liquid through multiple layers of laminated filters inside. When water flows through the spiral disk at the bottom of the laminated group, it produces high-speed rotation and centrifugal effect, which keeps impurities, particles, etc. in the water away from the laminated group, achieving the purpose of deep filtration. When impurities accumulate on the filter screen to a certain extent, the automatic backwash device will start, and high-pressure water will be injected into the filter in reverse, releasing the laminations for backwashing work. During the backwashing process, impurities, particles, etc. are washed down from the stacked small tank and discharged through the drain pipe. Subsequently, the filter stack is compressed again and enters the next round of filtering state.
