Conditions for use of submersible reflux pump: 1: Altitude not exceeding 2000m, high ambient temperature of 50 degrees Celsius, medium pH value between 3 and 12, liquid density not exceeding 1150kg/m3, long-term submersible operation, submersible depth generally not exceeding 20m; 2: During operation, the pump shall not be lower than 1 low liquid level. 3: The rated voltage is 380V and the rated frequency is 50HZ. The motor can only operate normally when the deviation between the rated voltage and the rated frequency is no more than plus or minus 5%.

7、 Installation system diagram of submersible reflux pump: The QWH series submersible reflux pump adopts a guide rail automatic coupling installation system: the guide rail is fixed on the pool wall, and the shore lifting device and through wall outlet pipe are installed and fixed. The sludge reflux pump can slide freely up and down along the guide rail, making installation and maintenance extremely convenient. The QWH series sludge reflux pump requires pre embedding of the wall outlet pipe, and the guide rail and lifting device are connected to the tank body with expansion bolts, without the need for pre embedded parts.

Installation system of submersible reflux pump

The installation system of the reflux pump mainly consists of a chain block, a lifting bracket, a lifting bracket seat, a lifting ring chain, a guide rod, a through wall pipe, a flap door, etc. The installation system can quickly install and remove the reflux pump (main unit) without the need to discharge sewage from the pool. The through wall pipe is generally fixed in the wall by secondary pouring, and the hanger seat and guide rod are fixed with expansion bolts without the need for reserved holes. For the convenience of installation and maintenance, and to prevent corrosion and damage to the hoist, the lifting chain and chain block used for lifting the reflux pump installation system can be quickly installed and removed. Generally, each submersible mixer is equipped with a lifting chain, while the chain hoist is shared by multiple units.

The control cabinet is used for monitoring the start, stop, and operation of the submersible mixer. Depending on user requirements, it can include a control cabinet, terminal box, liquid level controller, etc., and is equipped with protection functions such as overload, phase loss, short circuit, and water leakage.
