working principle

The pressure air supplied by the blower is sent to the rotor through a movable air duct, and is crushed into tiny bubbles under the high-speed action of the rotor. The bubbles and surrounding water are strongly mixed and radiated in a wavy curve under the action of the rotor. The stator channel can ensure that the water gas mixture is evenly distributed in aeration tanks designed with different shapes and structures. At the same time, the strong turbulence generated by the rotor ensures the ideal oxygen transfer effect, continuously promoting the efficient mixing of water, gas, and activated sludge in the tank to achieve satisfactory decontamination effect. Due to the self-priming effect caused by negative pressure during operation, the equipment's requirement for the air supply pressure of the blower is reduced, usually equal to the water depth, which significantly reduces power consumption compared to traditional equipment.
