Adopting an integral structure, the inner side is usually made of 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, and the outer side is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate sprayed with plastic. The insulation material used is ultra-fine glass insulation cotton, which can effectively insulate and ensure the strength of the box.
The door seal adopts double-layer silicone rubber sealing material to ensure the airtightness inside the box.
The observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow glass, with a size of generally 350 × 500mm. It is equipped with a 36V safety voltage heating wire surrounding the heating belt to prevent frosting of the glass at low temperatures. It is also equipped with lighting to facilitate observation of the situation inside the box.

The side of the box is equipped with a 50mm testing hole, and the plug is made of silicone rubber low foam material, which can withstand high and low temperatures and has insulation effect.
An air conditioning cabinet is installed behind the box studio, which is equipped with humidifiers, evaporators, electric heaters, fans, fan volutes, and other equipment. The temperature sensor is placed at the air outlet.

Refrigeration system
Usually, a binary cascade air-cooled refrigeration system is used, consisting of a set of Taikang fully enclosed compressors, including a high-temperature refrigeration cycle and a low-temperature refrigeration cycle, which transfer energy through an evaporative condenser to achieve cooling.
The refrigerants generally use DUPONT R404 (high temperature cycle) and R23 (low temperature cycle).
Expansion valves, solenoid valves, filters and other refrigeration accessories are often imported, such as Danfoss expansion valves from Denmark and CASTEL solenoid valves from Italy, to ensure the stability and reliability of the refrigeration system.

Refrigeration principle: Both high and low refrigeration cycles use reverse Carnot cycle. The refrigerant undergoes adiabatic compression by the compressor, resulting in an increase in pressure and temperature. It then dissipates heat at an isothermal temperature in the condenser, undergoes adiabatic expansion and cooling through valves, and finally absorbs heat at an isothermal temperature in the evaporator, repeating the process to achieve the cooling goal.
Heating principle: Generally, resistance wire electric heaters are used to convert electrical energy into thermal energy to increase temperature. At the same time, it is equipped with a centrifugal fan to forcibly circulate the airflow and evenly distribute the temperature.
Temperature control principle: Real time monitoring of the temperature inside the box through high-precision temperature sensors, combined with PID algorithm to dynamically adjust the cooling/heating power to maintain the set temperature range and change rate.

Technical specifications:
Temperature range: commonly -70 ℃~150 ℃.
Heating and cooling rate: It can achieve linear cooling or nonlinear averaging from 5 ℃/min to 25 ℃/min.
Control stability: generally ± 0.5 ℃.
