Mainline logistics vehicles are the main force of large-scale transportation in China, and their core driving forcediesel engineIt directly determines the economy, comfort, and reliability of the entire vehicle. Weichai Power has systematically overcome key core technologies such as high efficiency, fuel saving, vibration reduction and noise reduction, and high reliability. The new generation of mainline logistics diesel engines, with excellent performance such as high efficiency, low noise, and high reliability, have been widely matched with multiple mainstream vehicle enterprises. In the past three years, they have sold tens of thousands of units and exported them in bulk to overseas markets, receiving market praise. The implementation of the project has provided independent and controllable core driving force for China's logistics industry, driven the coordinated upgrading of upstream and downstream industries, promoted the green transformation and cost reduction and efficiency improvement of China's logistics industry, and made significant contributions to the implementation of China's energy conservation, emission reduction and "dual carbon" strategy.
In response to the serious capacity degradation of power batteries in low-temperature environments and the narrow efficiency range of variable speed drive systems under complex operating conditions in electric vehicle power platforms, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group and Shandong University of Technology have jointly developed a high-performance power platform that can achieve wide temperature range and wide operating condition regulation, effectively improving the adaptability and energy consumption economy of electric vehicles in low-temperature environments and complex road conditions. At present, technologies such as low-temperature lithium batteries, wide operating condition regulated electric systems, and high-efficiency power system operation control invented in the project have been widely applied to China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's heavy-duty vehicles, special-purpose vehicles, modified vehicles, and other models, significantly improving the vehicle's adaptability to operating conditions and energy consumption economy.
Agricultural mechanization is the hardcore support for ensuring national food security, and intelligent continuously variable transmission power machinery is the key breakthrough point for promoting agricultural machinery from "functional" to "user-friendly and intelligent". In response to the common pain points of insufficient reliability, low energy efficiency, and low level of intelligence that have long existed in the industry, Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture has joined forces with multiple universities and research institutes to carry out collaborative research and development, successfully breaking through core technologies such as high reliability, high energy efficiency, and L3 level autonomous driving, and developing a series of high-end intelligent systems such as hybrid power, continuously variable transmission, and pure electricTractorBreaking the long-standing technological monopoly of foreign countries. Among them, large-scale intelligent continuously variable transmission tractors have been the first in China to achieve serialization and commercial promotion, widely used in deep loosening, sowing, harvesting and other operational scenarios in grain producing areas such as Northeast, Northwest and North China.

Shandong Heavy Industry always adheres to technological innovation as the core driving engine.
