Overseas high-end supporting service capabilities have reached a new level

On the morning of that day, Liu Bin, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China First Tractor Group and Chief Financial Officer of First Tractor Group, Liu Pei, Assistant General Manager of First Tractor Group and General Manager of Guomao Company, and Pan Zhuanchao, General Manager of Logistics Company, cut the ribbon for the production of the tractor unpacking workshop.

In order to implement the national strategy and the deployment of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach), China has anchored the goal of "building a world-class brand and creating a world-class enterprise", accelerated the pace of internationalization, enhanced global competitiveness, and clarified the internationalization path of "going out, going in, and going up". Through brand upgrading, market expansion, and deepening internal cooperation within the group, Sinomach has promoted the "going out" of high-end agricultural machinery and equipment. Continuous breakthroughs have been made in expanding overseas markets. In 2025, the overseas sales of YTO products exceeded 10000 units for the first time, a year-on-year increase of 40%, achieving a historic leap.

With the continuous expansion of overseas markets and the increasing export orders year by year, the shortcomings of traditional manual dismantling mode, such as insufficient production capacity, inconsistent standards, and slow response speed, have constrained YTO's pace of going global. To overcome bottlenecks and accelerate progress towards world-class standards, China First Tractor Group is promoting the construction of tractor unpacking workshops based on high starting points, intelligence, and flexibility standards.

The intelligent workshop adopts heavy-duty AGV and logistics AGV for coordinated transportation, equipped with full coverage KBK lifting equipment and dedicated dismantling robotic arms, and can complete flexible dismantling of tractors ranging from 30 to 280 horsepower; Synchronize the use of an integrated MES digital system to achieve one item, one code for each component, and traceability of the entire process operation. Automated and digitalized production lines have been implemented, establishing a unified and standardized operating system. The precision of disassembly and packaging, as well as the reliability of overseas delivery, have been greatly improved, laying a solid hardware foundation for the delivery of large-scale export orders.

Next, China Yituo will anchor its goal of "building a world-class brand and creating a world-class enterprise", taking "zero quality defects" as the standard, leveraging the digital advantages of intelligent production lines, deepening the efficiency of data intelligence, polishing flexible production of multiple models, improving the efficiency of rapid switching and batch synchronous response of multiple varieties, guarding the YTO overseas quality checkpoint, and creating a benchmark production line for domestic agricultural machinery export support. At the same time, using the intelligent workshop as a platform, we will carry out specialized training on intelligent equipment, export standards, and flexible processes, cultivate a composite backbone team, and provide solid logistics and talent support for building a world-class brand.
