In Heze, Shandong, Mr. Wang organizes cross regional operation teams all year round. After completing the wheat harvest in the Central Plains region, he has to rush to Inner Mongolia to participate in the harvesting of miscellaneous grain crops.
Due to significant differences in cutting, threshing, and cleaning parameters among different crops, component replacement and equipment adjustment are required during the transition season, which not only complicates the process but also affects the continuity of operations. Meanwhile, in the process of frequent switching and debugging, it is more difficult to ensure the stability of the harvested quality.
This is not an isolated phenomenon.
With the continuous promotion of large-scale planting in China, the pace of operations has significantly accelerated, and the regional planting structure has become more diversified. The convenience of "one machine adapted to multiple crops" and the demand for stable harvest quality under different operating conditions are continuously increasing among users.
The design logic of EVION 580 is to enable one machine to cover five main crops: wheat, corn, soybeans, sorghum, and foxtail millet, reducing the time for machine replacement, platform replacement, and downtime.
Multiple crops, starting from the 'cutting table'
The EVION 580 adopts a V-shaped bridge+multi coupler interface. When attaching cutting tables for different crops, there is no need to repeatedly disassemble and assemble oil circuits, electrical circuits, and hydraulic pipelines. Hanging up, locking, and starting work - this process has been greatly simplified. The time saved by replacing the cutting table directly becomes the time to run back and forth in the field a few more times.
The threshing, separation, and cleaning parameters of different crops vary greatly. Previously, the EVION 580 relied on experience to turn the knob when getting off the car. Now, through the CEMIS 700 display screen and CMOTION handle, the driver can adjust the speed of the threshing drum and separating drum while sitting in the cab. Segmented concave plates and multi crop concave plates can also be quickly replaced without the need to park the machine on the ground for too long.
Automatic preset of crop parameters
In the CEMIS 700 system of EVION 580, operational parameters can be pre-set for different crops. Wheat, corn, soybeans, sorghum, millet - when switching crops, there is no need to start from scratch. The blades and speed of the chopper can also be adjusted without tools, making straw processing faster and adapting to the needs of the next crop.
Charging more for one machine saves more than just machine money
The real benefits are reduced downtime, lowered coordination costs for operators, and extended effective days for a single work season. For cross regional operation teams, this means that the same machine can be used to work continuously between different regions and crop windows, improving equipment utilization.
After wheat, don't stop, sorghum, foxtail millet, soybeans, and corn will follow - this is the rhythm that EVION 580 wants to solve.
