This product adopts a dual motor integrated design, planetary power splitter module and range gearbox series combination technology route, and deeply integrates cutting-edge transmission and intelligent control technologies. This product has multiple functions such as continuously variable transmission, power steering, energy recovery, and load adaptive capability. It can automatically adjust torque output according to soil specific resistance and slope. Drivers do not need to frequently shift gears, and slope operations are like walking on flat ground. It has many advantages such as high technological content, excellent quality performance, low operating energy consumption, strong market competitiveness, and broad development prospects. Through market verification, the agricultural machinery and equipment equipped with this series of products can operate on an area of up to 40 acres per hour, with a comprehensive fuel saving rate of 25% and an ideal working condition of up to 37%. Its comprehensive performance is comparable to world-class products.
At the offline ceremony, Fast showcased four series of high-end agricultural machinery intelligent transmission products, including ECVT, HMCVT, power shifting, and power reversing, which represent the advanced level of the industry. This not only fills the technical gap of high-performance agricultural machinery transmission components in China, but also has important and far-reaching significance for accelerating the transformation of China's agricultural machinery equipment into high-end, intelligent, and green products.
The successful production of the 1000th high-end agricultural machinery intelligent transmission product marks the completion and operation of the new industrialization project of Fast's high-end agricultural machinery intelligent transmission system, laying a solid foundation for the enterprise to deeply cultivate the high-end agricultural machinery track, expand the agricultural machinery transmission market, and create a benchmark for domestic agricultural machinery core components. The project has an investment of 550 million yuan, covers an area of 100 acres, and has a factory area of 33000 square meters. It has formed a comprehensive production capacity of 2000 high-end agricultural machinery intelligent transmission products, 7000 electric drive bridges, 100000 new energy components, and 300000 retarder shafts per year.
