ag-machIndustry NewsSmart Protection of the 'Black Soil Granary' | Weichai Lovol's Smart Agriculture Debuts at the National Conservation Farming Site Conference
The black soil in April is about to usher in the spring sowing season. On April 10th, a national training and on-site demonstration event on conservation tillage techniques was held in Songyuan City, Jilin Province. Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture's IntelligenttractorAnd multiple advanced models adapted to the Northeast regionseederAppearing on site, guarding the 'black soil granary' with technology.
Songyuan is located in the world's golden corn belt and the core area of black soil in Northeast China. At the event, Weichai Lovol Intelligent Agricultural Machinery became the focus of attention with its excellent performance and mature technical solutions, attracting the attention of numerous experts, scholars, agricultural machinery promoters, and large-scale growers. In recent years, Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture has continued to deepen the research and application of protective tillage equipment, and its technical solutions have been widely applied in core regions such as Northeast and North China, becoming an important equipment support for the implementation of the "storing grain in the ground and storing grain in technology" strategy.
At the event, the Lovol 2-row, 4-row, and 6-row electric suction seeder arrays launched in response to the call to protect black soil were unveiled, attracting attention. In the field demonstration segment, the Lovol 2-line heavy-duty electric suction and finger clip seeders were sequentially paired with tractors of different horsepower ranges to carry out multi scenario demonstrations such as straw cover no tillage sowing and precision sowing.
The Lovol no tillage series seeder not only has precise no tillage sowing function under straw cover, but also achieves significant improvements in sowing and fertilization accuracy, seedling emergence rate, and seedling uniformity. Farmers do not need to clean straw or engage in traditional tillage, and can complete the entire process of protective tillage such as fertilization, stubble removal, trenching and sowing, and soil compaction in one go. This not only effectively increases soil fertility but also greatly reduces production costs.
