This training is aimed at dealer partners and internal sales teams in the Northeast and Inner Mongolia regions. A total of 39 students gathered together to conduct in-depth learning and exchange on core content such as product technology, field applications, and intelligent systems.

On the first day of training, the focus was on the CR harvester. The training teacher explained the structure and parameter comparison of the CR series, and the product manager shared the actual field performance of CR products based on test feedback, competitor comparison, and local market applications.
In the afternoon, the focus was on the intelligent perception system. The product manager and training teacher jointly analyzed the automatic harvesting technology and experimental data, and finally consolidated the learning achievements through machine interaction and testing awards.
On the second day of training, the focus was on the Patriot spraying machine: the training teacher systematically introduced the structural characteristics and winding operation of the spraying machine; The product manager provides a detailed explanation of the spray system and agricultural machinery cloud application, helping students fully understand the advantages of the equipment. Subsequently, the training instructor led the students to introduce the machine, summarize the selling points, and interact with dealers. Finally, through Q&A and product testing, the two-day business training was successfully concluded.
During the training interaction, dealers summarized the values that customers are most concerned about based on their actual experience and training content. These feedbacks will become an important basis for New Holland to optimize its products and services.
