harvesterThe achievement of "unqualified rate of ear picking box shell processing" won the third prize. This award is guided by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and hosted by the China Association for Quality Control. It is an authoritative recognition of a company's ability to tackle quality problems and its level of manufacturing control.
The 4YZ harvester harvesting box shell is a new product that Juming Company has undertaken processing for the first time. The workpiece structure is delicate, and the design standards for shape and position tolerances are strict. In the early stage of mass production, the problem of excessive machining dimensions of parts became prominent, restricting the progress of machine installation and product quality, and becoming a key bottleneck for capacity release. Focusing on this pain point, the company's precision control pioneer QC team closely grasped the crux of the problem and initiated a project to carry out quality improvement research and development. The group advanced according to the PDCA cycle system, sorting out 15 end influencing factors from six dimensions: human, machine, material, method, environment, and measurement. Through on-site verification and data comparison, they identified and confirmed each factor one by one, and finally accurately identified the five core factors. For each problem, the group develops targeted strategies and implements them one by one.
After system implementation and improvement, the research and development results have been achieved. The core members of the group are proficient in techniques such as tooling design and production, selection of specialized cutting tools, and optimization of CNC programs, forming a standardized problem-solving process of "problem diagnosis scheme design verification iteration"; Synchronize the revision of process documents, organize training for all workshop staff on operation, and the results can be replicated and promoted to the processing of similar structural parts.
