This project is jointly developed and completed by China First Tractor and Henan University of Science and Technology, focusing on the core pain points in the field of high-performance tractor testing and inspection. It has overcome key technologies such as dynamic loading test control, successfully created a high-performance tractor testing platform and series of equipment, led the development of tractor core components and overall testing standards, and greatly improved the performance verification ability of tractors in real operating scenarios such as heavy load, speed change, and bumps.
The implementation of this achievement provides key technical support for the independent research and development, quality upgrading, and reliability improvement of high-performance tractors, effectively breaking through relevant technical bottlenecks, and promoting the steady progress of domestic agricultural machinery towards high-end, intelligent, and standardized directions.
