Tour helps modernize agricultural machinery in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps
July is a critical period for resuming broadcasting, and the agricultural department in charge of the 144th Regiment attaches great importance to this tour. They took the initiative to organize a plowing and harrowing field meeting in the afternoon of that day. The attendees included over 70 company commanders, deputy maintenance company commanders, and major agricultural machinery operators from all units of the regiment.
This on-site meeting focuses on the upgrading and precise operation technology of agricultural machinery, combined with the local agricultural characteristics of Shihezi, providing users with an expansion of ideas from single equipment selection to overall power matching. The attendeestractorIn depth exchanges and discussions were held on topics such as power matching, equipment selection, and the speed stability advantages of CVT transmissions in operation, laying a solid foundation for the modernization of agricultural machinery in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and helping the development of agricultural mechanization reach new heights.
Quick overview of on-site models
On the day of the event, 7 participating car models were lined up in the field, each equipped with different agricultural tools for on-site operation demonstrations.
Case PUMA2404Supporting 4.5-meter twin swordsDrive rakeWith a rated power of 240 horsepower, equipped with a full power shifting gearbox (18F+6R) and a hydraulic system flow rate of 150 liters per minute, it is a mature and reliable heavy-duty operation main model in the PUMA series.
Case MAGNUM3404-PDEquipped with Leken 650 plowshare, rated power of 340 horsepower, equipped with full power shift gearbox (18F+4R), hydraulic system flow rate of 282 liters/minute, 5-way electronic control remote output valve, and maximum rear suspension lifting force of 10022 kilograms. It comes with all components of automatic driving from the factory and performs stably in heavy load operations such as ground turning and deep loosening.
Case MAGNUM4002 half track tractorEquipped with Leken 850 plowshare, the front wheel adopts ultra-low pressure vacuum tires and the rear wheel has 762mm tracks, which not only maintainsWheeled tractorThe handling flexibility of the tracked tractor combines the advantages of light ground compaction and strong traction. Rated power of 400 horsepower, hydraulic system flow rate of 224 liters per minute, and rear suspension lifting force of 8777 kilograms, it is a professional choice for heavy-duty operation scenarios.
The New Holland T1504 and T2004 also conducted field demonstrations on site, showcasing the product strength of the New Holland brand in the 150-200 horsepower range.
The event not only attracted users to actively test drive, but also confirmed their intention to purchase a car on the spot after the demonstration.
PUMA2704-CVX received high praise for its field performance
As the new flagship model of the PUMA series, the PUMA2704-CVX has a rated power of 270 horsepower and is equipped with a CVXDrive continuously variable transmission, further expanding Case's product line of continuously variable transmission tractors in the 250-300 horsepower range in the Chinese market.
The PUMA2704-CVX is equipped with CVXDrive continuously variable transmission technology, with a continuously adjustable speed range of 0-40km/h, and automatically matches the optimal speed ratio under full load conditions. Paired with ECO economy mode, the engine only needs 1300 revolutions per minute at a speed of 40km/h, demonstrating excellent fuel economy performance.
In terms of power, the model is equipped with an FPT 6.7-liter NEF high-pressure common rail engine, with a 32 horsepower power reserve and a maximum power of 302 horsepower. The fuel tank capacity is 479 liters, which can meet the continuous operation needs throughout the day.
The hydraulic system has a flow rate of 170 liters per minute and comes standard with ISOBUS. The agricultural tool data is plug and play. Pre installed hydraulic navigation system at the factory, with the addition of a receiver to unlock automatic driving and U-turn functions.
After the demonstration, multiple users got on the car and gave intuitive feedback on the CVT gearbox - "You don't need to shift gears frequently, just control the throttle and direction, which makes the operation more worry free." Many users on site said that the explanation provided by the Case team based on local agricultural characteristics was "practical and understandable". This communication method, which started from the actual needs of users, gave the attendees a clearer idea of updating and upgrading agricultural machinery.
After the completion of the Shihezi Station, the PUMA2704-CVX Xinjiang tour will continue to visit stations such as Bole, Kuitun, Yili, Tacheng, and Altay. Welcome to follow the tour information released by local distributors. In the fields, we never see each other.
