The hydraulic system behind the tractor is directly connected to the fan system, and the fan speed does not fluctuate up or down with the engine speed. It not only allows easy adjustment of the fan speed, but also ensures stable and uninterrupted delivery of seeds to each sowing unit, saving additional fan flow. Optimizing the pneumatic system further reduces the operating speed of the fan. When sowing small seeds, the hydraulic flow rate only needs 15 liters per minute, and when sowing large seeds, it only needs 26.5 liters.

The core adjustment steps are fast and simple: the sowing depth can be adjusted directly on both sides of the machine with a wrench, and there are clear markings indicating the rotation direction. The adjustment of the driving rake will not affect the already adjusted sowing depth. The supporting limit function can accurately control the sowing depth even if the plot is uneven or high-pressure shallow sowing.
All daily operating components are within reach: the seeder's hopper has a large opening, allowing for easy pouring of large bags of seeds. It is equipped with a wide loading platform and a retractable ladder nearby, making it particularly convenient to add materials up and down. The tools required for calibration testing are placed nearby on the seeder body: the calibration bag is directly placed under the hopper, and the slotted opening can be easily adjusted with a handle. The expandable bracket can be used to hang the scale and calibration bag directly. The hopper is also equipped with a start stop button near the seeder, so there is no need to run back and forth during calibration testing.
ISOBUS models can also be adapted: whether your tractor is equipped with an ISOBUS system or not, it can be used. Machines with ISOBUS can be directly paired with terminals such as VTI 60, CCI 800, and CCI 1200 to manage seeding operations; Old tractors without ISOBUS can be used directly with the Kuhn VT 30 terminal, and only one power cord is needed to switch between the two modes. If using CCI 800 or CCI 1200 terminals, seeding can also be automatically managed through GPS.

Uniform and precise seeding: VENTA's seeding system has been verified for many years, with a simple structure and stable operation. The patented seeding device can adapt to various types of seeds from very small to very large, with seeding accuracy covering 1-430 kg/ha. Even for small seeds, there is no need to disassemble or replace the seeding wheel. When encountering delicate and easily damaged seeds, the mixer can be turned off directly without tools to prevent the seeds from being damaged. The seeding unit is electrically driven and the seeding amount can be adjusted directly at the terminal of the cab.
Stable sowing depth throughout the process: The sowing frame is guided by the ground wheel of the power rake, and the entire equipment has particularly strong operational stability. Even on rocky plots, it can perfectly adhere to the ground, and the sowing depth remains consistent throughout the process. Adjusting the operating depth of the power rake will not affect the position of the trencher at all.
Different plots are equipped with different trenching units, with full adaptability: VENTA 330 is matched with SEEDFLEX 100 sowing unit: the large-diameter double disc is offset by 41 millimeters, and the trenching is particularly regular. The entire sowing unit is mounted on a parallel frame, matched with a ground roller to precisely control the sowing depth, maximizing the contact between the seeds and the soil. Two rows are arranged in a staggered manner, with a spacing of 15 centimeters between rows, making it particularly smooth to pass through crop residues. The maximum trenching pressure for each sowing unit can be adjusted to 40 kilograms, ensuring sufficient sowing depth and soil compaction even in arid areas that require high-speed deep sowing. All bearings of SEEDFLEX 100 seeding unit are lubricated for life and do not require any additional maintenance.
