China National Machinery Industry Corporation and Beidahuang Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement

On August 18th, China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach) and Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beidahuang Group") signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province.

Zhang Xiaolun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Guoji Group, met with Wang Zhaocheng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Beidahuang Group, and Chen Youfang, Deputy Secretary, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of Beidahuang Group, and witnessed the signing of the contract. Li Xiaoyu, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, and Miao Liqiang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Beidahuang Group, signed the contract on behalf of both parties. Yu Bingkun, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Beidahuang Group, participated in the above-mentioned activities.

During the meeting, Zhang Xiaolun introduced the business development situation and the "15th Five Year Plan" development plan of China National Machinery Industry Corporation. He stated that China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach) and Beidahuang Group have strong industrial complementarity and high strategic fit. The two sides have been closely cooperating and supporting each other in the research and development, manufacturing, promotion, and application of high-end agricultural machinery for a long time, forming a deep cooperative relationship and a solid foundation for industrial collaboration. On the new journey of the 15th Five Year Plan, it is hoped that both sides will take this signing as an opportunity to continue deepening comprehensive and multi-level strategic cooperation, fully leveraging the advantages of the modern agricultural machinery industry chain of China National Machinery Industry Corporation and the large-scale agricultural scene advantages of Beidahuang Group, and continuously deepening cooperation in the research and development, promotion, and application of high-end intelligent agricultural machinery and smart agriculture, contributing greater strength to promoting agricultural modernization construction and consolidating the foundation of national food security.

Wang Zhaocheng introduced the achievements of Beidahuang Group in deepening reforms, industrial layout, and modern agricultural development in recent years. He stated that as the "national team" in China's agricultural machinery field and the leader of the modern agricultural machinery industry chain, China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach) has a vast range of agricultural machinery application scenarios, a complete agricultural industry chain, and abundant industrial resource advantages. The cooperation between the two sides has a solid foundation and broad prospects. According to the signed strategic cooperation framework agreement, both parties will leverage their respective advantages, deepen their strong alliance, and carry out in-depth cooperation around accelerating the development and application of high-end agricultural machinery, smart agriculture construction, and other aspects.
