The 30th Harbin International Seed Industry Trade Fair and the 24th Heilongjiang Soil and Fertilizer Trade Fair/30th Heilongjiang Agricultural Materials Trade Fair, founded by Harbin Great Wall International Exhibition Co., Ltd. in 1999, was formerly known as the "National Agricultural High tech Achievement Product Trading Exchange Fair", "China International Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Expo", "Harbin International Seed Industry Exhibition", "Harbin International Seed Industry Trade Fair", "Heilongjiang Soil and Fertilizer Trade Fair", "Heilongjiang Agricultural Materials Trade Fair", "Northeast International Agricultural Machinery, Irrigation Equipment and Accessories (Heilongjiang) Exhibition", "Northeast International Grain and Oil Food and Technology (Heilongjiang) Trade Fair", "Northeast International Grain and Oil Industry (Heilongjiang) Exhibition and Northeast International Grain Storage Exhibition". Due to the limited space of the Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Center, the 30th Harbin International Seed Industry Trade Expo and the 24th Heilongjiang Soil and Fertilizer Trade Fair/30th Heilongjiang Agricultural Materials Trade Fair, also known as the "Great Wall" in 2026, will be held in two phases. The first phase will take place on September 28-29, 2026, and the second phase will take place on October 29-31, 2026, at the Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition is hosted by Harbin Great Wall International Exhibition Co., Ltd., organized by Harbin Qianguo Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., Huanyu Zhongzhi (Harbin) Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., and Harbin Zhongyun Equipment Rental Co., Ltd., and co organized by Heilongjiang Jiumu Exhibition Co., Ltd. It is one of the most influential agricultural material exhibitions in northern China and the best platform for many enterprises to establish brands, seek cooperation, and explore the Chinese and Russian markets. It is expected that more than 1200 companies from all over the country will participate in the exhibition, using all indoor and outdoor exhibition halls of Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Center, with an expected exhibition area of over 80000 square meters.

Instructions:

(1) Booth selection: Choose a location in the relevant area based on the type of exhibit.

(2) The special booth is an indoor bare space without any facilities. It is designed and decorated by the exhibiting companies themselves or commissioned, and a construction management fee of 15 yuan/square meter is paid. The exhibition area of each special equipment exhibiting enterprise shall not be less than 36 square meters (with exhibition map attached).

(3) The construction of ordinary exhibitions will be arranged by the organizing committee. The spray painting and decoration inside the booth are the responsibility of the participating companies themselves. The booth adopts international standard exhibition racks, aluminum alloy frame, three exhibition walls, one fascia board, one consultation table, two chairs, and two lights (a deposit of 1000 yuan is required for the above facilities). Electricity consuming enterprises can apply for a 220V ordinary power supply free of charge from the exhibition hall. An additional 1500 yuan per standard double opening exhibition is required.

(4) Exhibitors who use electricity, please refer to the "Other Fee Standards for Exhibitions".

(5) In order to ensure the effectiveness of negotiations in the exhibition hall, the use of audio systems is prohibited, and violators will be fined 5000 yuan

(6) Exhibitors are required to pay a garbage cleaning deposit of 2000 yuan per company.

1. The applying unit shall properly fill in all the contents of the "Exhibition Application" form and affix the official seal, and transfer 30% of the deposit to the account specified in the invitation letter. 5. Please note that if you cancel the exhibition or fail to pay the remaining balance on time, the deposit you paid will not be refunded.
