The 'Great Wall' Liaoning Shenyang Seed Agricultural Materials Trading Fair was founded by Shenyang SanRenXing Advertising Co., Ltd. in 2001. The first five sessions from 2001 to 2005 were held successively at Liaoning Building and Jincheng Hotel; The venue was changed to Shenyang Agricultural Exhibition Hall from 2006 to 2010; Since 2011, the exhibition has moved to Shenyang International Exhibition Center. Except for not holding two sessions during the epidemic, the exhibition has been successfully held for a total of 23 sessions. In November 2024, the "Liaoning Shenyang Seed and Agricultural Supplies Trading Fair" was officially hosted by Harbin Great Wall International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and renamed as the "Great Wall" Liaoning Shenyang Seed and Agricultural Supplies Trading Fair and Shenyang International Seed Industry Expo/Shenyang Plant Protection and Pesticide (Machinery) Exchange Trade Fair/Northeast Agricultural Chemicals Exhibition ". The venue remains at the Shenyang International Exhibition Center.

The 24th Liaoning Shenyang Seed and Agricultural Materials Trading Fair of the Great Wall in 2026 will be held grandly at the Shenyang International Exhibition Center from November 3-4, 2026. The exhibition is hosted by Harbin Great Wall International Exhibition Co., Ltd., which has held the 29th "Great Wall Harbin International Seed Industry Trade Expo". It is organized by Xinzhan Intelligent Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. and Harbin Zhanhui Conference Exhibition Co., Ltd., and co organized by Shenyang SanRenXing Advertising Co., Ltd. It is one of the most influential agricultural material exhibitions in northern China and the best platform for many enterprises to establish their brands and seek cooperation.
