The following work shall be done before using the spray:
1. Operators must undergo training, be familiar with mechanical performance and operation methods, read the instructions in detail, strictly follow the regulations and standards, and be able to use and protect themselves without violating regulations.
2. Before use, first check the input voltage to see if it is within the range of use, and then turn on the main power switch to power on the machine.
3. Before using the spray, check whether all parts are complete. Lubricate each lubricating point, check and adjust the technical status of each component to ensure the normal use of the spray engine. It is strictly prohibited to use pure gasoline as fuel, and mixed oil must be used.
4. Keep the spray clean, and clean the body and cab in time. The cleaning process must be carried out with the power off.
5. Before the spray sprays, test spray with clean water to check whether there is liquid leakage at the joint and whether the infusion hose is broken, so as to avoid pesticide pollution to the operator.
6. Check if the lubricating oil in the crankcase is sufficient. If it is insufficient, add the oil to the oil level line, without adding too much or too little, until it meets the requirements.
7. Operators must take various protective measures according to regulations to avoid pesticide contamination during spraying: wear masks, goggles, rubber gloves, and tie the cuffs tightly.
Maintenance of spray
1. Flushing with clean water: after spray every day, spray with clean water for a few minutes to remove the residual liquid medicine in the liquid medicine tank, liquid pump and pipeline, and then drain the clean water.
2. Follow the instructions: Check and adjust the technical status of each component according to the machine manual, and lubricate each lubrication point. Keep clean and promptly remove mud and dirt.
3. Storage of spray: after all operations, if the storage time is long, in addition to cleaning the liquid tank, liquid pump and pipeline with water, remove the V-belt, spray hose, nozzle, mixer, suction pipe and other parts, and place them together with the machine body in a cool and dry place after cleaning. The spray shall not be stacked together with chemical fertilizers, pesticides and other corrosive articles to avoid corrosion and damage. Rubber products should be hung on the wall to avoid damage caused by compression or folding.
After saying so much, everyone may be a bit confused. To summarize the following points:
1. Before starting the homework, follow the instructions to check and adjust the status of each component, lubricate the lubrication points, and keep the machine clean.
2. After the homework is completed, rinse and spray several times with clean water in a timely manner to remove any remaining medicine in the medicine tank, pump, and pipeline. Check whether the spray has faults and dry it.
3. After the seasonal operation, the spray has been kept for a long time. In addition to cleaning the machine body, remove the V-belt, spray hose, nozzle, mixer, suction pipe and other parts, clean them, and place them in a cool and dry place with the machine body. If it is a rubber product, it needs to be hung on the wall to prevent damage from compression. At the same time, it is necessary to stay away from highly corrosive items such as fertilizers and pesticides to avoid rusting and damage.
