1、 Daily cleaning

1. Body surface
   • Use a semi dry and wet towel (without corrosive cleaning agents) to wipe the body, avoiding direct contact of water with electrical components to prevent short circuits or damage.
   • After the daily operation is completed, clean the bottom storage board (simply pull it out), remove any residue, and prevent the growth of bacteria or affecting the operation of the equipment.
2. Explosive pot (core component)
   • Cleaning steps：
     • After the boiling pot cools down, add about 1/3 of the pot (hanging type) or 2000ml of water (seated type), turn on the heating and stirring switch, keep the pot lid open to prevent water from boiling out.
     • When the water temperature is slightly hot, add a spoonful of steel pot cleaning agent, boil the water for about 15 minutes, wipe the inner wall with a towel, and remove any residue.
     • Repeat the cleaning steps (without adding cleaning agents) to ensure that there are no residual cleaning agents.
   • Precautions：
     • Wear insulated gloves during cleaning to prevent burns.
     • Avoid splashing water onto the bottom board or other electrical parts to prevent short circuits.
     • Do not use hard cleaning tools (such as steel wire balls) to avoid damaging the metal coating.
3. Exhaust device
   • Filter cleaning：
     • Remove the fiber cotton filter or metal mesh layer filter every week, soak it in hot water and cleaning agent, rinse with clean water, and air dry.
     • Replace the filter screen promptly when it is damaged or deformed to ensure proper ventilation.

2、 Regular inspection

1. Electrical system
   • Check the power cords, plugs, and wiring terminals for looseness or aging every month to ensure electrical safety.
   • Test the lighting and thermostatic switch. If the bulb does not light up or the thermostat has no temperature, replace the bulb or check if the base thermostat is short circuited.
2. Heating components
   • If the pot body is not hot or the heating indicator light is not on, check whether the heater wiring is faulty, whether the temperature controller is malfunctioning, or whether the furnace plate wiring is short circuited.
   • If the heating indicator light remains on for a long time and the temperature is too high, adjust the angle of the thermal thermostat to 180 ± 10 ℃, or replace the thermostat.
3. mixing system
   • Check if the mixing shaft is shaking or if the pot lid handle is loose. If such problems exist, it may be due to worn wire sleeves, which need to be replaced in a timely manner to ensure stable rotation and sealing.

3、 Lubrication maintenance

1. Transmission components
   • Check the transmission gears of Dading every month and add No.4 bentonite lubricating grease (snow oil) to reduce wear.
   • During the six-month maintenance, check each transmission bearing and add high-temperature resistant lubricating grease to ensure smooth operation.

   • Before daily operation, add a small amount of lubricating oil (such as 20 # mechanical oil) to rotating parts such as gears and chains to prevent dry friction.
   • Avoid excessive lubrication to prevent oil contamination of popcorn.

4、 Security protection

1. Operational Security
   • Before cleaning or maintenance, the power must be cut off and the plug must be unplugged to prevent electric shock.
   • Do not rinse electrical components (such as control panels and motors) directly with water to avoid damage.
2. grounding protection
   • Check if the metal casing of the equipment is well grounded to prevent electrical leakage from causing safety accidents.

5、 Replacement of accessories

1. List of Vulnerable Parts
   • Establish a record of accessory replacement, including mixing shaft wire sleeve, filter screen, light bulb, temperature controller, etc., and clarify the replacement cycle.
   • Reserve commonly used spare parts (such as filters and wire sleeves) to ensure timely replacement.
2. Replace standard
   • When the mixing shaft shakes or the lid is not tightly sealed, replace the wire sleeve.
   • When the filter is clogged or deformed, replace it immediately to ensure exhaust efficiency.

6、 Long term storage

1. Clean and dry
   • Before long-term shutdown, clean the inside and outside of the equipment to ensure there are no residues.
   • Store in a dry and well ventilated place to avoid rusting of metal parts or electrical malfunctions caused by moisture.

   • Cover the equipment with a dust cover to prevent dust accumulation from affecting performance.
