1. Check whether there is any leakage or oil leakage at the connections of the oil cylinder, oil pipe, and valve group. If there is such a phenomenon, it should be tightened and observed in a timely manner.
2. Check the wear level of the wooden block for adjusting the push head of the main oil cylinder, and adjust it in a timely manner to maintain a gap of 2mm-3mm between the bottom of the push head and the bottom plate. Check the gap between the pushing head of the feeding cylinder and the side plate to be 3mm-5mm, and the gap between the balance bar on one side to be 4.5mm. Adjust the oil cylinder bracket to maintain a gap of 5mm between the pushing head on the left and right and the two sides of the silo mouth, and a gap of 5mm between the bottom of the pushing head and the bottom plate of the box.
3. Check the oil level and grease of the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil level should be maintained at the 50-70 mark on the oil gauge. Check if the hydraulic oil is hot during machine operation. The hydraulic oil should be replaced according to the seasonal temperature. If the temperature is below -15 ℃, replace the L-HM 32 winter anti-wear hydraulic oil. If the temperature is above -15 ℃, replace the L-ML 46 summer anti-wear hydraulic oil. Suggest adding hydraulic oil of the same brand. If the color changes to dark brown or milky white, it needs to be replaced to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
4. The filter element must be replaced in order to control system alarms or accumulate 200 hours. Clean the air filter of the fuel inlet, and clean the air filter every 24 hours. The oil suction and return filter elements must be replaced after 50 hours of initial use, and subsequently replaced according to alarms or every 200 hours of operation. At the same time, clean the magnet rod of the return oil filter.
