This sports meet will be divided into two categories: team projects and individual projects, with 12 characteristic projects covering multiple dimensions such as collaboration, speed, and skills, which not only test individual abilities but also highlight team cohesion.
At the team project arena, teams from various departments compete fiercely. In the "Same Heart Drumming" project, 6 team members surround the drum face and need to work together to continuously hit the tennis ball with the drum face within 2 minutes. As the tennis ball rises and falls, the cheers of the team members and the cheers of the audience come and go one after another; On the "Rolling Tire Relay" track, the team members bent down to support the tires and sprinted forward with steady steps. The quick transition during handover demonstrated efficient teamwork; The "Racing Caterpillar" project is interesting, with 8 team members riding on inflatable "caterpillar" props, synchronously marching towards the finish line. Some teams deviate from the route due to different rhythms, causing constant laughter on site, but also making everyone feel the importance of collaboration in joy; The "collaborative sprint" and "obstacle clearance" projects test the team's comprehensive ability, where team members encourage and support each other to complete the challenge at the fastest speed possible; The final "tug of war" competition pushed the team project to a climax, with members from both sides tightly gripping the ropes, leaning back, and struggling to pull at the referee's whistle. The spectators on the sidelines spontaneously formed a "cheering group" to cheer for their respective supported teams. The red ropes moved back and forth on both sides of the center line, and each pull made the atmosphere on site extremely tense.
Personal projects are equally exciting, showcasing the personal style of employees. In the "East West North South Running" event, athletes need to quickly run towards the corresponding directional markers according to the referee's instructions, testing their reaction speed and sense of direction; The "Penguin Walk" requires contestants to hold balloons between their legs and hold one balloon in each hand while walking forward, maintaining balance and preventing the balloon from bursting. The clumsy and serious appearance of the contestants has made the audience laugh frequently; In the "Pea Shooter" event, players throw "Peas" (sandbags) into the circle, and their precise shooting accuracy wins cheers; The "blindfolded mutual fight" event is full of joy, with contestants blindfolded and holding sponge sticks, searching for opponents in designated areas to "attack", and occasional "accidental injuries" causing laughter on site; In the "Crab Race", the contestants hold their chests with both hands and move forward sideways, imitating the posture of crabs and sprinting towards the finish line. The comical movements fill the arena with a joyful atmosphere; The "Pearl Enchanting Mind" project tests patience and skill, as contestants use chopsticks to pick up glass beads from one container to another, displaying a focused expression and agile hand movements that demonstrate exceptional concentration.
Blind box awards add surprise, and the spirit of sports is forever inherited
After a day of intense competition, the awards for each project were announced one by one. At the closing ceremony of the sports meet, company leaders presented honorary certificates and prizes to the award-winning individuals and teams. This award ceremony was innovative, with prizes distributed in the form of "blind boxes". From practical household appliances and sports equipment to exquisite cultural and creative products and snack packages, a variety of prizes were hidden in each blind box. The surprised expressions of the winning employees when opening the blind boxes became the warmest scene on site.
