Although these three devices have different structures, their seed processing principles are similar, all of which are air screen cleaning machines. Use negative pressure air to extract lighter impurities, and use a vibrating screen to remove larger and smaller impurities from the seeds.

2、 5XFS-100 Seed Sorting Machine

By using an electromagnetic vibration feeder, the feeding amount can be accurately controlled. The air selection and screening parts are fully variable frequency with stepless control of air volume and vibration frequency. The tilt angle of the vibrating screen can be electrically adjusted, making it easy to clean and replace the screen quickly and conveniently. It is a new type of experimental sample cleaning machine specially developed for research institutes and breeding units to conduct regional trials of varieties. Capable of processing seed samples quickly, efficiently, and conveniently. The processing capacity is approximately 100 kg/h (based on wheat).

3、 5XZC-200 seed cleaning machine

This device is specially developed by our company for seed cleaning and processing in residential areas. It can be used for wind selection, screening and processing of crop seeds to achieve the purpose of crop cleaning, and can also be used as a classifier. This machine consists of a screening device, a wind selection device, an electrical control device, and a support device. It has the advantages of small footprint, simple operation, and high processing clarity. It can achieve the cleaning of various crops, especially suitable for the cleaning and processing of vegetable seeds. The processing capacity is approximately 200Kg/h (based on wheat).
