The fully automatic water supply equipment produced by Pacific Pump Industry Group is a new generation of water supply device that applies motor frequency conversion technology and microcomputer control technology to the water supply field. The fully automatic water supply equipment is divided into: fully automatic variable frequency water supply equipment, fully automatic constant pressure variable frequency water supply equipment, fully automatic non negative pressure water supply equipment, fully automatic tower free water supply equipment, etc.
The fully automatic water supply equipment is a new type of equipment that uses non-toxic capsules as gas water isolation, with a one-time flushing and year-round operation. The equipment consists of a diaphragm pressure tank, an electric control cabinet, a stabilizing water pump, and pipeline accessories. Start the water replenishment pump during operation, water enters the water chamber, the water pressure increases, the gas in the air chamber is compressed, and the diaphragm extends; When the water pressure drops, the gas in the air chamber expands, the diaphragm contracts, and the water chamber is pressurized to release water. This process repeats itself, controlling the operation of the water pump through an electrical pressure gauge and control cabinet to achieve rated pressure and continuous water supply. When a fire alarm occurs and the fire hydrant is opened, a fire water column is immediately sprayed out, and at the same time, an electrical pressure gauge sends a signal to start the fire pump and supply the required fire water. The device is designed reasonably, with a reliable structure and stable performance. It can be used in various fire hydrant systems and automatic sprinkler systems to meet the actual needs of firefighting.
The fully automatic water supply equipment automatically adjusts the number of running water pumps and the speed of one water pump according to changes in user water consumption, keeping the outlet pressure of the water pump constant. When the user's water consumption is less than the output of one water pump, the control system adjusts the operation of one water pump through frequency conversion according to the change in water consumption. When the water consumption increases, the pressure in the pipeline system decreases. At this time, the pressure sensor sends the detected signal to the microcomputer control unit, which judges the operation of the microcomputer and sends instructions to the frequency converter to control the water pump motor to increase the speed to ensure constant system pressure. Conversely, when the water consumption decreases, the speed of the water pump slows down to maintain constant pressure. When the water consumption exceeds the output of one pump, * pumps switch to power frequency operation, and the second pump starts variable frequency adjustment operation. When the water consumption exceeds the output of two pumps, one or both pumps will automatically stop running. Throughout the entire operation process, the system maintains a constant pressure to keep the water pump working in the zone, ensuring both constant pressure water supply for users and energy savings.
