Working Principle:
The selected material flows into the de awning chamber through the feeding port. The inner wall of the cylinder in the de awning chamber is equipped with fixed teeth, and there are the same teeth on the middle shaft arranged in a spiral shape. The material moves in a circular and axial direction under the action of the teeth arranged in the spiral. Through the sharp edges and rubbing of the teeth, the husks and burrs on the surface of the material are removed. The de awned material is discharged from the discharge port, and the dust during the operation is sucked away from the dust removal port.
Main purpose:
This machine is suitable for the reprocessing of broken panicles and awned rice seeds selected during the rice seed selection process. It uses threshing, awning removal, and wind selection to allow seeds to enter the seed processing equipment (seed processing plant) again for selection, thereby reducing the loss rate of rice seed processing.
Main features:
The feeding device of this machine is reliable, and the de awning mechanism causes minimal damage to the seeds. The air sorting system can remove most of the light impurities and is equipped with a settling chamber for impurities. It can also be moved to different work sites. Therefore, it can be used in combination with complete seed processing equipment or as a standalone machine.
Notes:
1. Check whether the wiring of the electrical part is correct and firm, and the fluctuation of the power supply voltage should not exceed plus or minus 5%. In order to ensure the safety of the batching machine controller, it is not allowed to use it in adverse weather such as wind, rain, and snow, and the main power should be turned off. Remove the connection between the sensor and the batching machine control.
2. Check at all times during operation whether each operating part is normal, whether the conveyor belt deviates, and whether there are any foreign objects falling between the belt and the driven roller. If there are any abnormal situations, stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting.
3. Each moving component should be oiled, and the belt roller should be removed and oiled once a year.
4. Prevent the mixing of steel bars, large stones and other debris in sand and stones to avoid damaging the conveyor belt.
5. The air compressor and air circuit components must be maintained in a timely manner as required.
6. Regularly check whether the weighing scale can move freely, whether there are problems with the sensor and sensor circuit, and whether there are stones blocking the weighing lever that affect the weighing accuracy.
7. The batching machine controller must be operated by a dedicated person, and the user manual must be carefully read before operation. During operation, the user manual must be strictly followed.
6. Pay attention to the accuracy of weighing regularly, and use known weight objects to calibrate the accuracy of symmetry at regular intervals (one or two days).
8. Before starting the batching process, it is necessary to ensure that the hopper is empty. If the hopper is not empty, the equipment can be manually adjusted to discharge the material from the hopper.
9. When inaccurate ingredients are found, it is necessary to stop and conduct maintenance in a timely manner.
10. When conducting maintenance on the machine, it is necessary to shut down and cut off the main power before proceeding.
