Start maintenance work before harvesting

1. Check the electrolyte level of the battery. 2. Conduct bottom blade sensor testing.

1. Tighten all clamps on the suction hose again.

2. Check the tightening torque of the wheel bolts/nuts on the drive shaft. Perform once every 10 operating hours during the first 50 operating hours.

3. Check the tightening torque of the steering shaft/steering drive shaft wheel bolts/wheel nuts. Perform once every 10 operating hours during the first 50 operating hours.

4. Tighten the broken blade bolt again. 5. Adjust the side cover.

　　Maintenance work after the first 100 hours of operation

1. Replace the transfer case oil of the main drive mechanism. 2. Change the engine oil of the drive shaft transmission.

3. The drive shaft and steering shaft drive the gearbox. 4. Replace the engine oil of the drive shaft axle gearbox.

5. Replace the oil in the steering drive shaft hub transmission mechanism. 6. Replace the differential oil of the steering drive shaft.

7. Check the tightening torque of the steering shaft/steering drive shaft wheel bolts/wheel nuts. 8. Adjust the nozzle anti loosening component.

　　Every 8 hours of operation or daily maintenance work

1. Clean the area around the diesel engine. 2. Check the oil level of the diesel engine. 3. Discharge condensate from the fuel system.

4. Check the coolant level. 5. Clean the cooling unit. 6. Clean the air filter of the diesel engine.

7. Clean the area around the drive shaft. 8. Clean the area around the steering drive shaft.

9. Check the tightening torque of the drive axle wheel bolts/wheel nuts. Perform once every 10 operating hours during the first 50 operating hours.

10. Check the tightening torque of the steering shaft/steering drive shaft wheel bolts/wheel nuts. Perform once every 10 operating hours during the first 50 operating hours.

11. Check the braking effect of the parking brake. 12. Check the braking effect of the foot brake.

13. Check the friction pad of the active shaft brake. 14. Check the active shaft brake disc.

15. Clean the area around the brake. 16. Check the belt (R01). Check the belt (R15). Check the belt (R20).

17. Check the hydraulic system oil level. 18. Clean the area around the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor.

19. Check the cabin air filter. 20. Check the braking effect of the main drive mechanism brake.

21. Check the brake friction pads of the main drive mechanism brake.

22. Check the brake disc of the main drive mechanism brake. 23. Check the breakage knife. Check the bottom blade.

24. Adjust the gap size of the accelerator. 25. Rinse the standard silage agent device.

26. Clean the standard silage agent device * nozzle. 27. Clean the standard silage device * filter.

28. Clean the ACTISILER silage device. 29. Maintain the ACTISILER silage device.

30. Lubricate the lubrication points every 10 hours of operation.
