The industrial equipment intelligent manufacturing industrialization project with a total investment of 200 million yuan by Hebei Julite Sorting Technology Co., Ltd. has started. Mr. Gao Suzhong, the general manager, and the entire management team of the company witnessed this milestone moment together.
The project is located on the south side of Fengchan Road and the east side of Qingyuan Street in Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is a 5-minute drive from the current factory area, with a planned total land area of 46000 square meters and a total construction area of 37000 square meters. The main construction includes one comprehensive building, two production workshops, and related supporting facilities. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in July 2022. After the project is put into operation, it can meet the needs of the company's rapid development, break through production capacity bottlenecks, enhance the company's competitiveness in the grain cleaning industry, and help the enterprise grow and become stronger. It is expected that the annual operating income will reach 400 million yuan, the annual tax payment will be about 20 million yuan, and it is expected to produce 5000 sets of industrial intelligent equipment annually, which can employ more than 300 people.
This project will create intelligent grain cleaning equipment through intelligent manufacturing technology, realizing intelligent recognition of various materials and different impurity states, autonomously matching processing programs, adjusting processing parameters, and achieving remote technical support for the equipment. The construction of this project will have a strong catalytic effect on the adjustment and optimization of the provincial industrial structure, drive the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and promote technological progress in the province. At the same time, it will play a demonstration and leading role in expanding employment channels for the masses, accelerating the pace of provincial economic development, and promoting the development of advanced manufacturing and intelligent equipment industries in the local area.
